Mariana holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Petrochemical Equipment from UPG Ploiești. Over the years, her professional journey across Romania and Belgium has shaped her into a resilient, solution-oriented individual who embraces challenges with a practical mindset.

With over 19 years of experience at Daikin Europe in Belgium, Mariana built a solid foundation in manufacturing and production process optimization, consistently applying a results-driven and pragmatic approach. In her subsequent role at Pattyn Packing Lines, Mariana worked closely with engineers and technicians to deliver timely solutions.

Mariana is fluent in Dutch, Romanian, English, and French, with working knowledge of German and Spanish. The ability to navigate multicultural environments and communicate effectively across diverse regions is a key asset. With a deep understanding of both Western and Eastern European business cultures, she brings valuable cross-cultural insight – particularly in bridging opportunities between Belgium and Romania.
