Country Manager WDP Romania

Jeroen is the Country Manager of WDP Romania, part of the Belgian based WDP Group. WDP offers intelligent warehouse solutions with a focus on the development and letting of semi-industrial and logistics real estate.  WDP’s property portfolio amounts to approximately 7 million sqm. This international portfolio of light-industrial and logistics buildings is spread over about 300 sites at prime logistics hubs for storage and distribution in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Romania. 

WDP Romania has a strong presence on the local market, with a portfolio of almost 1.7 million m². The company’s industrial parks are located throughout the country, in all major urban areas – Bucharest, Timisoara, Pitesti, Arad, Cluj, Brasov, Sibiu, Braila, Deva, Constanta, Ramnicu Valcea and Ploiesti. WDP Romania is a market leader in the development of built-to-suit facilities and in offering customized solutions for companies from various fields, such as manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical or logistics.

Prior he held positions at Den Braven Sealants, as lawyer at the Antwerp Bar and at other companies. Jeroen graduated as lawyer from the Namur University and Leuven University, Belgium. He studied also Law at the Hamburg University, Germany. He holds also a LL.M. degree in Maritime Law from the Southampton University, United Kingdom.
