VGP delivers a 20,000 sqm warehouse to Continental Tires Timișoara

The developer of logistics and semi-industrial spaces VGP delivers a 20,000 sqm warehouse for tire storage operations to Continental Tires Timișoara.

The new building in VGP Park Timișoara, the 8th of the logistics park , offers a total leasable area of ​​32,768 sqm, of which 8,209 sqm are still available. This includes state-of-the-art amenities such as advanced LED lighting, smart metering for efficient energy management and an air-to-air heat pump system.

The building has been sustainably designed, aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification, and includes provision for the addition of photovoltaic panels on the roof to generate green energy.

To meet the specific requirements of Continental Tires Timișoara, VGP adapted the height of the building to 10.3 meters, complying with the strict regulations for tire storage. The facility also includes specialized fire prevention systems, ensuring a safe environment that meets the highest security standards.
