On 22 December 2022 was published in the Romanian Official Gazette the Law no. 367/2022 on social dialogue which entered into force on 25 December 2022.
Law no. 367/2022 repealed the Law no. 62/2011 which regulated social dialogue in Romania. At the same time, Law no. 367/2022 brought about significant changes, which employers will have to take into account and further comply with and more favorable provisions for employees and trade unions/trade union organizations, as compared to the former law regulating social dialogue.
