We’re happy to report the successful close-out of a very interesting mandate handled by Associate Alexandru Popescu under the guidance of Managing Associate Ancuta Pop. The work done by our colleagues involved the performance of exceptional administrative and judicial procedures for the cancellation of the decision issued by the General Inspectorate of the Border Police by means of which our client, an UK professional working on a project of national importance, was banned entry to Romania, the case being widely debated in the media at the time.
