We are glad to announce that our Energy and Regulatory team has completed yet another successful mandate this year!

Electrocentrale Borzesti, a company of Renovatio Group Limited, was assisted by Partner Oana Ijdelea and Associates Alexandru Popescu and Ana-Maria Albu in the regulatory completion of an integrated energy production project (CCGT, solar, wind, and hydrogen) with an installed capacity of up to 420 MW.

Identifying and implementing a solution for the NTS connection infrastructure, in particular, provided distinct challenges but also made the project very engaging.

Partner Oana Ijdelea expressed her excitement for the project’s future steps.
