Deadline extension for enrolling in REGES-ONLINE
At the proposal of the Ministry of Labour, Family, Youth and Social Solidarity, the Government approved the deadline extension for transitioning from the Revisal system to the REGES-ONLINE platform until December 31st 2025, in order to support the employers that encounter difficulties in the migration process.
Emergency Ordinance no. 46/2025 on amending and completing the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 17/2005 for establishing organizational measures at central public administration level, as well as for amending certain legislative acts, has been published in the Official Gazette no. 863 of September 19th 2025 and comprises the following amendments:
Art. IV of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 46/2025 stipulates the following:
“The deadlines stipulated at art. 11 paragraph (1) and (2) and art. 15 of the Government Decision no. 295/2025 regarding the Employee general ledger – REGES ONLINE, published in the Romanian Official Gazette, Part I, no. 279 of March 31st 2025, have been extended until December 31st 2025.”
Hereinafter, the provisions of the Government Decision no. 295/2025 that have been modified through the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 46/2025, as they appear in the decision prior to the amendment:
Art. 11
(1) Employers must enrol in the Register within 6 months from the date this decision enters into force.
(2) Within 6 months from the date this decision becomes effective, the employers must fill in and transmit in the Register all the details of the individual labour agreements that are active when they access the Register, which are not found in the IT system used by employers for transmitting the data in the register, stipulated at art. 10 of the Government Decision no. 905/2017 regarding the employee general ledger.
Art. 15
6 months after this decision enters into force, Government Decision no. 905/2017 regarding the employee general ledger, published in the Romanian Official Gazette Part I, no. 1005 of December 19th 2017, will be repealed.
