Belgian Luxemborug Romanian Moldovan Chamber of Commerce (BEROCC) Announces New Board Members and President

The Belgian Luxemborug Romanian Moldovan Chamber of Commerce (BEROCC) is pleased to announce significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to outgoing board members Andrei Neagu and Johan Gabriels for their exceptional service and welcome Olivier Prado and Dragos Gadoiu as new members of the board. We are also excited to announce the appointment of Jeroen Fabry as the new President of BEROCC.

New Board Members:

Olivier Prado

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Olivier brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our esteemed group. As a visionary leader and successful serial entrepreneur, he has played an instrumental role in shaping the digital and outsourcing landscape, both locally and globally. His remarkable journey, from serving as a Director at Berko Art Gallery in New York City to his current pivotal role at GPG Group, is a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.

His recent appointment as the President of the Moldovan Association of Business Service Leaders underscores his dedication to fostering growth and collaboration in the services sector. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a deep-seated passion for empowering teams and driving growth, resonates profoundly with the values upheld by our Chamber of Commerce. We eagerly anticipate leveraging his invaluable insights and exceptional leadership to further fortify our Chamber and promote collaboration across borders.

Dragos Gadoiu

Dragos is the CEO of Transpeco Logistics &Distribution S.A, a company specialized in the transportation of petroleum products and Member of Executive Board in the company GASPECO L&D, the leading player of the LPG Romanian market. Under his leadership the companies have succeeded to obtain prizes of excellence from the relevant entities, every year.Beside the executive positions held in Transpeco and Gaspeco, Dragos is the owner of a security company, Avan Security.His passion is to develop further the actual business sectors and diversify the portfolio with new opportunities.In terms of educational background Dragos has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a bachelor’s degree in Law Studies, one Master’s degree in Business Management and an Executive MBA degree.

GASPECO L&D‘s business activities are supported by a powerful infrastructure including equipment and installations strategically positioned in western Romania (Timisoara) and southern Romania (Negoiesti), in the neighbourhood of Petrobrazi refinery. Based on the strategical partnership concluded with Transpeco L&D (the main road transport operator for hazardous goods in Romania), Gaspeco achieved an optimum state-wide distribution for its full range of LPG type products.

The strategic business lines of Gaspeco are:

Filling, distribution and trading of LPG in cylinders destined for household and industrial use;
Selling of LPG for cars (Autogas);
Trading of propane destined to household and industrial use in metallic, horizontal cylinders, with capacities varying between 1750 and 5000 liters;
Wholesale of GPL, Bitumen, CLU, Diesel and Gasoline.

New President: Jeroen Fabry

Jeroen Fabry has been appointed as the new President of BEROCC. Jeroen Fabry’s vision for the future of BEROCC includes a focus on innovation, sustainability, and enhancing member services.

He is a senior in Logistics and supply chain, studied at the PHL (BE) and has a bachelor degree in marketing after he graduated at the ASU University (USA) and obtained a master in Business. Jeroen started his carrier in the logistic and transport world and he is still working with pleasure in this challenging field. He has been working for 15 years in H.Essers, 13 of which in Romania. Has been the vice-president of the ARILOG association, which is an independent NGO which supports and professionalizes the logistic market, not only logistic/ transport company but also the side of client/producer. In 2010, together with all his employees, he won the award of logistics company of the year. He constructed together with the management team a company of 1000 employees. In his free time, Jeroen likes to spend time with his Alessia and Emma (his children) enjoy life by having everlasting dinners, weekend-trips and travelling.
