Sărbătoarea Gustului este ONG si desfasoara anual repetitiv un program de educatie national, inlcusiv, care se adreseaza unei categorii de varsta 9 – 99 de ani si promovează “Un Stil de Viata Sanatos, o alimentație diversificata si o atitudine sustenabila” pentru o viata mai buna, mai sanatoasa, mai fericita.
Inițiat în România începând cu anul 2014, are ca scop educarea tinerelor generații cu privire la importanța unui stil de viață echilibrat și responsabil față de mediu.

De-a lungul anilor, Sărbătoarea Gustului a organizat diverse evenimente la care a invitat personalitati extraordinare din gastronomia mondiala, precum:

Sărbătoarea Gustului is an NGO that annually conducts a repetitive national education program aimed at individuals aged 9 to 99, promoting “A Healthy Lifestyle, a diversified diet, and a sustainable attitude” for a better, healthier, and happier life.
Launched in Romania starting in 2014 and in Spain in 2024, it aims to educate younger generations about the importance of a balanced alimentation and also environmentally responsible lifestyle.
Sărbătoarea Gustului main objectives:
Promoting sustainable eating: Through the organization of workshops, lessons, and events, participants are taught about the importance of food choices that respect both individual health and the environment, as well as avoiding food waste.
Inclusive education: The project targets all children aged 9-10 years (3rd grade), regardless of their social or economic status, providing equal opportunities for learning and participation.
Collaboration with professionals in the field: Star Chefs and educators are involved, contributing to the development and implementation of educational activities.
Promotion of local and seasonal products: Emphasis is placed on the consumption of local and seasonal products, thereby supporting the local economy and reducing environmental impact.
