Our story
In the mid-80s three Biochemistry students in Ghent are thoroughly studying the beer brewing process. In 2010 they meet
again and start their own microbewery. Prompted by their knowledge of the brewing process and a passion for cycling,
whether it is as an active cyclist or merely as a passive sports enthusiast, Orvélo was created. Their passion results in four
distinctive speciality beers, to be savoured in 75 cl bottles.
Our values
100% Belgian craftsmanship: we only use authentic Belgian
hops.
Orvélo beers all undergo refermentation in the bottle, to
ensure preservability for years and evolution in taste.
Orvélo comes exclusively in 75 cl bottles, so enjoy the
