Founded by Laura Hizo, the brand brings together experience in European research projects and entrepreneurship with a passion for specialty chocolate. Each praline is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients such as Callebaut and carefully selected single-origin chocolates, with ganaches prepared entirely from scratch. Alongside its artisanal production, Maximilian Chocolat explores functional chocolate concepts, integrating natural ingredients rich in fiber and prebiotics within research and development initiatives.
