BTDConstruct & Ambient is a 100% Romanian General Constructor in the area of civil, industrial, and commercial construction. The company was established in Bucharest, in 2013, and since then has provided a complete range of integrated construction services for the most prominent international real estate developers operating on the Romanian market, such as Speedwell, Atenor, Liebrecht & wooD, Hagag Development Europe, NEPI Rockcastle, and others.
Relying on a great staff of architects, designers, engineers, and builders, with a combined experience of more than 18 years, the team successfully delivered more than 500.000 sqm of built area. Mixing innovative practices, new technologies for green, smart and sustainable housing contributed to the company’s solid portfolio comprised of projects such as UP-site, HPipera Lake, Ibis Styles Bucharest City Center, The Ivy, Stejarii Residential Club II, and many more.
Together with its affiliates, BTD has formed a construction trust comprising of 5 companies that are connected through ownership, administration, and inter-company business. The main activities of these entities are trading of a wide range of products and materials for interior design, construction equipment and machinery rental, construction works services as well as hiring, selling, or leasing of scaffolds and related special systems for the construction, naval, and oil industry.
By the third trimester of 2022, BTDConstruct & Ambient is expected to become 100% digitalized. The company uses the BIM system for every-day activities in architecture, structure and MEP works.
