Remote work from abroad. Truth or dare?

Working remotely from a foreign country may trigger additional legal and fiscal obligations for your company and the remote worker, depending on the legislation of each country, such as the need to observe mandatory employment protections in the host country, the need to obtain a working permit or to pay income tax.
