New Trends in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing

RSM Romania would like to resume this year its transfer pricing and international taxation event we used to hold in Bucharest before the pandemic. The event is scheduled on May 29, 2024, and it is aimed at reuniting specialists in international taxation, transfer pricing, and macroeconomy with top (tax) managers belonging to international groups of enterprises. Our focus will be on the newest OECD developments in the field of international tax and transfer pricing, in the context of a volatile global economy. The event, called “New Trends in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing – the OECD Approach”, is anticipated to be attended by 50-70 participants, the majority of them holding top financial and management  positions at subsidiaries of important international groups of companies doing business in Romania, and will be organized in partnership with AmCham Romania (The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania), BRCC (The British-Romanian Chamber of Commerce), The Danish-Romanian Business Association and the Dutch and Belgian Chambers of Commerce in Romania. The event will be also attended by RSM TP and international tax specialists.

Mr. Luca Niculescu, Secretary of State at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in charge with Romania’s accession to the OECD, Mr. Enrique Rayon, Director of Transfer Pricing at VIASAT US, Mr. Andrei Radulescu, member of Bretton-Woods Committee, Senior Researcher at Institute for World Economy of the Romanian Academy have already confirmed participation as key speakers.

The event will be opened by His Excellency Mr. Giles Mathew Portman, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Romania.
