While Romanian law sets minimum standards for inclusion, an effective diversity and inclusion strategy goes beyond legal compliance and seeks to add value to an organization, contributing to employee well-being and engagement.

Our Diversity & Inclusion Conference will bring together the HR specialists of Romania from private, public and not-for-profit sectors, as well as academic institutions.
