INVITATION LETTER FOR THE 2021 GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 27/05/2021 at 15h

Dear Members,

The General Assembly of our Association is open to all members, simply by sending an email to info@berocc.com to conform your presence. Attendance in the General Assembly is granted to any representative from your company. If you do not attend, please confirm the name of your replacement before 25/05/2021 to info@berocc.com.

Member companies who cannot participate in the meeting personally can arrange a power of attorney to be sent before 25/05/2021 to info@berocc.com . Members who wave this right agree with the decisions taken in the General Assembly.

The General Assembly agenda:

1. Election of the president and the secretary of the General Meeting of the Member of the Association.
2. Welcome by Mr. Koen Vanvinckenroye , President of the Board of Directors  
3. Presentation of past activities and plans for future activities and services in Romania.
4. Presentation of past activities and plans for future activities and services in Moldova.
5. Presentation of the Annual Financial Statement 2020.
6. Approval of the Financial statement 2020 and the budget for 2021.
7. Digitalization of the Chamber: Connects and Glue Up.
8. Overview on the memberships.
9. Coalitia: representation in the different Task Forces.
10. Q&A.
