When economic challenges are on the rise, real leaders seek solutions – and solutions are found where good ideas meet the right funding. On September 25, 2025 in Bucharest, the Romanian ESG Employers’ Council, together with the Romanian Banking Institute, NAI Romania & Moldova and Loop Operations, is organizing the event that can make the difference for the future of your business: ‘Financing for Companies’.
It’s more than a conference – it’s a decision space, a meeting place for courageous entrepreneurs, influential financiers and innovators shaping tomorrow’s economy.
The event promises to bring together the most relevant players in the financial and entrepreneurial ecosystem: banks, capital markets, investment funds, bilateral chambers of commerce, successful entrepreneurs, development and financing experts, as well as start-ups in search of capital. Attendees will have access to immediately applicable information, strategic networking opportunities and open dialog with today’s trendsetters in business and finance.
The event program combines inspirational thematic presentations with dynamic business networking sessions, creating an interactive setting where practical information meets applied dialogue and strategic connections. The speakers will address a wide range of financing solutions available on the market – from bank loans, instruments for SMEs and start-ups, to green financing, venture capital, grants, capital markets, leasing, financial guarantees and crowdfunding. It will also explore the specific challenges of the main economic sectors – industry, agriculture, construction – and present concrete solutions to accelerate the energy transition.
The second part of the day is dedicated to active networking: participants will have the opportunity to present their business, identify potential partners, investors or collaborators and explore real growth opportunities in an informal but strategic setting.
Rodica Lupu, Loop Operations CEO, will be one of the moderators of the event. With 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, 17 years in European business and more than 150 million euros attracted in grants for clients and partners, Rodica is recognized as a key player in the development of entrepreneurship and innovation in Romania.
Together with her, the event will be moderated by the economic journalist Constantin Rudnițchi and Aura Icodin, founder of the A_BEST Foreign Language Center, who will contribute to the dynamics and coherence of the debates.
The event benefits from the support of high-caliber institutional partners: Romanian Banking Association, Confederation of Romanian Entrepreneurs and Investors – CAIR, British Romanian Chamber of Commerce – BRCC, Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce – NRCC, Belgian Luxembourg Romanian Moldovan Chamber of Commerce – BEROCC, Romania – Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry, French Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Romania – CCIFER. Media partners – Euronews, RFI, Radio Romania Actualități, Ziarul Bursa, Revista Patronatului Român, Club Antreprenor, Normedia – will ensure wide visibility and national coverage.
“Financing for Companies” is not just an event about money – it is about vision, courage and collaboration. It is about ideas taking shape, genuine dialog and bringing people to the same table who can turn challenges into opportunities.
On September 25 in Bucharest, Romania’s business community meets to build the future. The event is open to all those who are looking for real solutions for development and who understand that success never comes alone – but in partnership.
