We are pleased to invite you to a new BEROCC Welcome Coffee, dedicated to a timely and increasingly relevant question for today’s business environment: is crowdfunding a viable and sustainable financing alternative for companies operating in the EU and in Romania?

Taking place on 11 March, between 10:00 and 12:00, the event will offer a structured and practical overview of EU-regulated crowdfunding, examining how it works in practice, what regulatory and compliance aspects companies must consider, and under what conditions crowdfunding can realistically complement or replace more traditional financing methods.

The session will be led by Mădălina Ivan, Founding and Managing Partner at Madalina Ivan Business Attorneys at Law. With over 18 years of experience in corporate and financial law, she advises Romanian and international clients on corporate governance, M&A, employment, fintech, and capital markets, with a strong focus on EU-regulated crowdfunding and alternative financing structures.
