He directly contributed to the writing of the Romanian transfer pricing legislation and the introduction of the OECD standards. With over 20 years of experience in the taxation of intragroup transactions, he is currently a non-governmental alternate member of the Joint Transfer Pricing Forum of the European Commission and one of the five eligible independent persons proposed by the Romanian tax authorities in the European Arbitration Commission for the elimination of double taxation between affiliated parties.
