METIGLA | smart covering. simply passion.‘s contribution included approximately 2,300 m² of roofing installed across the 15 homes. Fourteen of the villas feature the FALT roofing system in RAL 7016 Super Matt, a finish that perfectly complements the development’s modern architectural aesthetic.

One of the homes also features the FALT SOLAR by Roofit.Solar integrated solar roof, with an installed capacity of 5 kW. This solution transforms the roof into an active energy-generating surface while preserving the project’s clean architectural aesthetic.
