Oana is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience in translation, interpreting, localization, and legal-sector recruitment.

As Managing Director of the translation agency TraduceriPRO.com, Oana has played a key role in delivering high-quality translation and interpreting services in a wide range of areas (legal, technical, marketing, financial, medical, fiction and non-fiction books and more). She manages complex, large-scale projects across multiple languages and industries, always ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.

As co-founder of the boutique recruitment firm LegalHR.ro, Oana has been deeply involved in connecting skilled legal professionals with the right organizations, helping both professionals and teams grow and thrive within the legal field.

Oana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages (French and Italian) from the University of Bucharest, a second Bachelor’s degree in Law (European and International Law) from “Nicolae Titulescu” University, and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE).

With a background that blends legal knowledge, language skills, project management and business insight, Oana brings a well-rounded perspective to every challenge. Her cross-disciplinary approach helps businesses navigate complexity, build trust across cultures, and communicate clearly in multiple languages.
