SPEEDWELL SRL is an emerging property developer in Romania. Company has 100% foreign social capital and was founded by Mr. Didier Balcaen and Mr. Jan Demeyere.
Specialized in project management, Mr. Balcaen has more than 20 years’ experience in the Romanian and international construction and real estate market, out of which 11 in Romania.
With in-home design services, SPEEDWELL is able to react quickly to opportunities or buyers’ / tenants’ requests.
Customer oriented and service quality, SPEEDWELL offers a careful monitoring and is directly involved in all stages of development, from land acquisition, design + permitting and up to final delivery of the building.
