I.  Our company

FINE ACCOUNTING SOLUTIONS SRL is a Romanian company specialized in rendering a full range of accounting, financial reporting, HR and payroll services to its clients.

We offer to our clients a more effective way of working, based on the combination of the following:

  1. Extensive knowledge within our field of activity: our main asset is our people. Our Partners are top finance executives, coming from major international companies where they have gained a deep business understanding.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in various fields of activity (green energy, production, retail, services, real estate, mall operating, pharmaceuticals, logistics, civil aviation etc.). Our clients are coming from both public and private fields.
    • Deep understanding of the business environment and challenges, combined with an “airplane” view on each business. Our Partners are personally coordinating each project developed for our clients, ensuring that every aspect has been carefully covered.
    • Continuous improvement approaching everything we do. By integrating Lean Accounting concepts into our daily work, we ensure an increased work productivity, reflected in less chargeable hours for our clients.
    • Added value services: for us accounting is not just accounting. Where others stop, we just begin. Our statutory accounting services are completed by a “finance manager”approach, so that we constantly advise our clients what to look for and what to do after the month- end standard closing (management of non-allowable expenses, cash flow issues, P&L, stock levels, payables and receivables management etc).

  1. Statutory accounting: according to the Romanian GAAP.
  • Management accounting: we adapt our services to each individual client’ needs.
  • General HR services and payroll, recruitment and manpower leasing for accounting/finance departments, management interim (Chief accountants/Finance managers/CFO) we have smart solutions for all needs of our clients.
    • Specific projects: tailored according to the specific requirements of our clients (developing an entire accounting department, reorganizing an existing one, assisting with the implementation of an accounting software, creating an efficient set of accounting and finance procedures, mergers & acquisitions, start-ups, accounting and finance training etc).

IV.  Our Management team:

Liviu Olaru Managing Partner

Chartered certified accountant with 20 years of experience as a top finance professional within major companies (real estate, retail, services), with extensive experience with accounting, taxation, reporting, financial management, planning, consultancy, HR & payroll.

  • January 2012 – Present: Managing Partner, Fine Accounting Solutions SRL
  • 2007-2011: CFO, Baneasa Developments, developer and owner of Baneasa Shopping City, Feeria Shopping Gallery and Grand Cinema Digiplex (Real Estate, Property services, Asset Management, Cinema):
  • Participating at the construction of Baneasa Shopping City, the most successful shopping center in Romania;
    • Managing the investment project Baneasa Shopping City of 200 mil EUR;
    • VAT reimbursement of 4 mil EUR in Baneasa Shopping City project;
    • Managing the merger between Baneasa Developments and Feeria Shopping Gallery;
    • Managing operational yearly budgets of 50 mil EUR of Baneasa Shopping City and Feeria Shopping Gallery;
    • Managing loans of 150 mil EUR for Baneasa Shopping City and Feeria Shopping Gallery;
    • Managing the investment project Grand Cienma Digiplex, the 5 star multiplex investment project within Baneasa Shopping City;
    • Closing a 15 mil EUR financing deal for the Grand Cinema Digiplex;
    • Implementing ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV within Baneasa Developments organisation;
    • Managing the activity of Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Procurement and Administration departments and the relationships with auditors, banks and consultants.
  • 2005-2007: Deputy CFO, Grundfos Romania (distribution & retail): leading the accounting department, involved in yearly statutory and corporate audit, VAT reimbursement, management reporting, business analysis;
  • 2003-2005: Chief Accountant, CNDPI Romsoft – (IT field): statutory and management accounting; involved in yearly statutory and corporate audits; budget & planning; accounting system implementation.
